2022 TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS – PLEASE READ

1/ Proof of age may be required for all ticket types. Please ensure that you have ID with you in case you are asked. Failure to provide such ID may result in you being asked to leave the festival. See below for details on our Challenge 25 policy at Illusive.

2/ Adult Tickets can only be used by persons age 18 or over.

3/ Tickets are strictly non-refundable.

4/ – Right of admission reserved (R.O.A.R.) You must produce a valid ticket to gain entry to the festival site.- No admission without a valid ticket (so don’t lose it)

– No entry to the site after midnight (each night)

5/ Ticket ate non-transferable and there will be no refunds for tickets for any reason whatsoever other than in the event of the cancellation of the event.

6/. Tickets are in the form of entry codes and paper tickets; once an entry code or ticket is spent it cannot be used again.

7/ Illusive Festival is for nice people and is about having a good time. Anti social behaviour will not be tolerated and you will be ejected without refund.

8/ Ticket holders give their express consent to the use of the actual or simulated likeness in connection with the production, exhibition, advertising and/or exploitation of any photos, film, video and/or audio recording of this event and/or any element thereof in any/all media throughout the world.

– Guests may be searched on entry to the event. If you are in possession of illegal substances you may be arrested.

9/ In order to facilitate the security, safety and comfort of all guests the organisers and Premises Licence Holder reserve the right to refuse admission and refund the ticket value in the event of such refusal.

10/ Admission is at the ticket holder’s own risk. The organisers and Premises Licence Holder will not be held liable for any loss, injuries or damages sustained at the event including damage, theft or losses to property and motor vehicles, if the cause is due to the negligence of the ticket holder or the unforeseeable actions of other patrons or third parties.

11/ Illusive Festival can only verify the authenticity of tickets purchased direct from The Ticket Sellers. We do not recommend buying tickets from other third party sources as we cannot ensure these tickets are genuine. Invalid or duplicate entry codes will not be allowed entry into the festival site.

12/ In the unlikely event of cancellation of the festival, only the face value of the ticket will be refunded and not the booking fee.

13/ You may be searched at the entrance. Any items which the organiser consider may be used in an illegal or offensive manner shall be confiscated and you will not be permitted entry to the festival site.

14/ You are allowed to bring in your own alcohol but only up to a reasonable amount per person (See alcohol policy) You will be asked to leave excess quantities outside the event – this will be enforced this year. You will NOT be allowed to re-enter the festival site with alcohol once you’ve entered the festival site via the entrance gates.

15/ You will not be allowed to bring in glass bottles or any kind. Broken glass is dangerous for kids and for animals who will be using the park and fields after the event. Leave all glass in the car, decant it into plastic bottles or bin it. There are no exceptions.

16/ No tents allowed in the main Festival Village

17/ We have a no naked flame policy at the festival and in the campsite. Fires, flares, fireworks, Chinese lanterns etc will extinguished by the fire service. HOWEVER, there will be designated areas in the campsite where you’ll be able to go to use small BBQs and stoves to cook food.

18/ No pet animals are allowed on the festival site other than dogs assisting the visually impaired.

19/ The promoter reserves the right to change the line up and all billed attractions without notification.

20/ You must have lots of fun, it’s the law.

21/ Illusive Festival has a strict an Anti-Drugs Policy. No legal highs or illegal substances may be brought to the festival site, including nitrous oxide. Anyone caught in possession of such substances can be refused entry or ejected immediately from the festival site.

22/ Illusive Festival has a zero tolerance policy regarding the possession, use or sale of Nitrous Oxide. If you are caught at the entrance gate with any amount of Nitrous Oxide, balloons or dispensers, you will be asked to put them into the amnesty bin or you will be refused entry on to site. If you are caught with Nitrous Oxide on site it will be confiscated or you will be immediately ejected.

23/ Illusive Festival has a zero tolerance policy regarding spray cans and markers pens. If you are caught trying to bring these prohibited items on to site, you will be refused entry. If you are caught with these items on site, you will be immediately ejected.

24/ Prohibited items include, knives, fireworks, explosives, smoke canisters, air horns, flares, weapons, laser devices, sky lanterns, sound systems, glass and legal highs will be confiscated from attendees if found.

25/ Strictly no trading or other commercial activity by any ticket holder will be allowed on the festival site without the organisers’ prior written consent.

26/ Wristbands removed from the wrist or tampered with will be rendered invalid and will not be replaced. Lost or missing wristbands will not be replaced. Those without wristbands will be refused admission to the site and/or will be removed from the site.

28/ As a condition of sale, the ticket holder consents to being filmed, photographed and recorded for Television, radio, webcast and other public broadcast and/or for any video or DVD as part of the audience and/or by onsite CCTV cameras and recordings for security purposes.

29/ Tickets cannot be used as part of any marketing, media or sales promotion whether commercial or non-commercial without prior written permission of the event organisers.

30/ Strictly no animals (with the exception of Guide dogs) will be allowed on the site.

31/. If you are caught urinating or defecating in places other than a toilet, you will also be ejected from the festival.

32/ If you look under the age of the 25, you will be required to provide ID that proves your age. If you cannot provide ID to prove your age, you will be refused alcohol from the bar.

33/ In accordance with Smoke Free Regulations, the tented arenas and other areas of the festival are designated No Smoking areas. Failure to comply with these regulations and event signage may result in ejection.

34/ If you have any disabled access requirements please email james@illusive-festival.co.uk. Access to facilities is subject to availability and not guaranteed. Anyone turning up on the day without making prior arrangements may not be able to access our facilities if they are full to capacity.

GENERAL INFORMATION

– Warning: exposure to loud and excessive music may be damaging to your hearing.
– Please note that some performances may contain language or material that may offend some people.
– Strobe lighting may be used at the festival.
– The Festival site is a beautiful natural site and we want to keep it that way so please help us by keeping it clean & recycling/composting what you can. Keep Illusive Tidy!

CHALLENGE 25

We will be operating and enforcing a strict Challenge 25 policy at Illusive. If you can’t provide valid identification when asked, you will be asked to leave the site and come back with your ID. So if you are lucky enough to look 25 or younger, please make sure that you bring an acceptable form of identification.

Valid forms of ID include:
– An in date photographic driver’s license or provisional licence.
– A valid passport (not a photocopy). Out of date passports will NOT be accepted.
– A Proof of Age Standards Scheme Card (showing the PASS hologram).
